FCINO or Baa Baa Demon Sheep

I am a political junkie. I love economics and following the financial shenanigans going down now. At age 13, I was clipping newspaper articles on Watergate. I was in college when California passed Proposition 13. I came within a semester or two of a degree in Economics but then got married and had kids. (Can you get a Ph.D in kids?)

I kept waiting for John Cleese to pop up somewhere and start singing a song. What's next? The Knights who go nee? Or is neep?

I am taking no position here on any candidate (let me be perfectly clear) but this ad is too good for anyone to miss who doesn't live in California. This should be our state video, an emblem of the nuttiness that is California.

Enjoy the demon sheep~!

I know nothing of California politics...no, I'm not even going to stoop to the obvious jokes here...but this ad is, indeed, clever. Thanks for letting the rest of us in on the nuttiness of your state!

Eloh...Well, they are demon sheep, probably straight from hell so they should be extra toasty.

Ethelmaepotter...Ah, shucks. I wish you had made the joke. I cannot wait to see what the other side does for ads. I have a feeling it is going to be a raucous year for politics in California.

Matron....You so got my point! Thanks. There are sheep like this everywhere. I love the political websites that talk about the sheeples. Like I said, I am a political junkie and I thought this video was so entertaining. I may have to follow your politics now...I read a few blogs and newspapers from your part of the world but it is hard to get context sometimes when you don't really know the issues or the people, but it is always fascinating to me.

Funderson...Ewe mean it left ewe speechless, right? California is heading into the toilet and both parties pretty well bite, so this campaign ad was a moment of levity that I could not resist passing on. Let the silly season begin~1

I saw this on Sunday morning? on some news show, they said they had nightmares from it? I agree.
It is nutty, a bit frightening too.

LOL! Never saw that one coming!

TC...My lovely daughter, Teddy Bear, saw this ad and said if the candidate made it this hilarious on purpose she was going to vote for her. I'm still pondering that. I'm not sure that is the way it is supposed to work. Those freaky red eyes are kinda scary but I have to admit I laughed my rear end off when the guy goes crawling away in the sheep's outfit.

Phoenix...Was that not funny~!? Like I said, I make no conclusion based on this ad, it is still way early for the election, but you just know this summer is going to be fun to watch. I will keep my eyes open to see if the other guy responds with an equally funny ad.

I saw this on a news show recently -- I love CA but there are certainly some wackadoos.

OK, clever ad. And obviously, a very clever blogger behind this post. :-)

Yes, you can get a PhD on raising kids. It's called 'Being an Amazing Intelligent Mother'. Enjoying your blog so far. It's got a nice mix of wit and humour.

Greetings from London.

I try to stay away from politics on the old bloggy blog. Gets people right miffed it does!

Yes, you and I live in a strange state. Didn't we all ready try the non-politician thing when Arnie came in?!?
